Vox Hunt: Arts & Crafts - I Made This

Pumpkins- every year the kids and I carve pumpkins. Each year we do a different amount of pumpkins, last year being the least a mount we did. The pumpkins on the right were home grown which to me is a craft in itself.






The Duvet, my Mom and I made together, its in my daughter's room. I really wanted to make it myself but I was afraid to even cut the gold fabric since it was pretty expensive. In the end this duvet is extra warm and really heavy to sleep under. Even when my daughter has sleep-overs and they sleep on the floor she takes this off her bed. I think she likes it.





I made the curtains in the playroom from old sheets. These sheets were in our master bedroom along with matching comforter and a window swag. When we first moved here I need curtains in here and I didn't want to buy any. Since our color scheme had changed we no longer used these sheets and it was a neat way to keep a memory alive too.
