Every year, my mother-in-law finds some kind of new diet to try out. She's been on a diet since I met her. At the beginning of this year I set a goal for myself to lose some weight, exercise more and get in shape. My diet plan was to keep track of my calories and walk daily. I kept it up really well for 6 months. I lost the majority of weight I wanted to lose, but got lazy with the walking. So this year I need to get back on that. While looking around online at exercise that will burn maximum calories, I came across this book. Looks interesting enough... I might just check it out.
I found a really neat dieting site today. I’ve used several diet sites, the best for me was just tracking my calories. But then I’d have those days that I just craved chocolate or something sweet and I’d cheat. We all know once you cheat a little its so much easier to just cheat a lot and that is what I would do. So today I came across this site with a plan called Cheat to Lose Diet. With this site you can plan your cheat days so that you don’t feel like you are missing out or that you are left craving something you’ll never get to eat again. With the cheat to lose diet you plan your cheat days when you know you’ll need them most, like around holidays or say that time of the month when you crave your salty or sweet. For me its chocolate and that was the hardest part, not eating any. With this plan I can still have my chocolate and I can plan when!
