How are you celebrating the 4th of July?

We've got some snaps and sparklers left over from last year . My husband got a case of each for free from the local firework stand for not allowing the big corporate firework stand set up in his parking lot. heh. Otherwise the kids and I plan on laying on the trampoline and watching the local show from there. Nothing special.

How long do you take in the shower?

Me - 7-10 minutes - I take them as hot as they'll go, even in the summer but after a while the water makes me itch because it just dries me out and I'd rather not stand in there.
My son - 15-30 minutes - he likes them hot too but the length of time depends on if he's in the mood to play around or not. Or if there is something on tv he must see.
My husband - 30-45 minutes - not hot, luke warm most of the time but they're always long, sometimes longer if his back hurts.
My daughter - 45-60 minutes - Another not hot person. Honestly I have no idea what she does in there for so long. She says it's her hair and her hair is well below her butt, but still.

That is way more than you ever wanted to know huh?

In ten years my son will be close to graduation and I'll have an empty nest (boohoo) unless you count the 27 dogs I'll have to adopt to fill the empty nest (hehe). I'd love for my husband and I to have our own online business so we could hang out together more often. I hope all the people I love most are still here in ten years.
