We had another snow day yesterday and there is still LOTS of snow today, but we'll be heading out in a few minutes anyway. It is supposed to snow most of today and I highly doubt we'll have school on Friday. At least I'm hoping we don't so hope with me, please. These pictures were taken late yesterday afternoon when the snow had started to melt. Moments later it began snowing again.

We got a little snow on Sunday with promises of more snow to come. I was really hoping the snow would come Sunday night and school would be canceled today. Sadly the snow didn't come until about 6:30 this morning and by the time I had to take my son to school it was crazy outside. My Rodeo is not very great in snow, who'd of thunk. I slid all over the road and by the time I got back home to pick up my daughter I was pretty scared. One out of every 3 cars that pulled into the parking lot at my daughter's school slid into a street sign. It was crazy. I myself did not bother going into that parking lot and instead went to one used less and made my poor daughter walk a little bit farther to get into the school.
I've already called my husband and begged him to please come home in time to pick up the kids because I am not going back out. Forget that noise. In the meantime when it quits snowing I'll maybe go shovel it... or not. Now let me tell you if there is school tomorrow and the roads are just as bad, I'm throwing the biggest temper tantrum on this side of the west coast. There better not be school tomorrow or else.... heads will roll.
